Competition History: Full season Porsche Club GB 2008/2009 multiple placed finishes, 2010 Porsche Club GB GT3 Challenge Class 3 winner. Dry stored.

Shell: LHD dipped and e-coated shell, weld in multi point Cds cage + extra bars, all gusseted and tied in. Full refinish in gloss black. Kevlar roof panel. Light weight front body panels & dash. Custom floor plate, carbon fibre door cards etc. Fia spec 4l Aff multiflow extinguisher system. Cartek Smart Gt spec electronic isolator. Specific ballasting for excellent corner weights & to make minimum class weight. Can be configured for PCGB class 1 (1255Kgs with driver) or Lightweight spec approx. 1080Kgs.

Engine: Full strip down and inspection (2008), new engine bolts, shells and seals, Block, pistons, rods cleaned and inspected & assembled with new rings. Cylinder head cleaned and inspected, new valve guides, new drive chain and both tensioner pads, new timing belt and balance belt all rollers & tensioners replaced. New water pump. New rockers, bolt seals and gaskets throughout. Full janspeed stainless race exhaust system. Bhp in PCGB spec 251Bhp or 269 BHP in lightweight spec. Carefully dyno bedded in on mineral oil then 4 hour run time changes oil+filter with Millers Cfs 10w-60 race oil.

Gearbox: Stripped and rebuilt (2008) with new Gt Lsd with Porsche bearings, syncros shims & seals. Sachs sport clutch kit. Oil is Millers Crx Ls Nt 75-90 race oil.

Suspension: Gaz 2-way remote reservoir race dampers with hardened rods and correct platforms for mounts as required by club regs. Springs to our specifications.  New (2008) Porsche OE front top mounts and motorsport spec lower arms. Klien strut brace to our spec. Suspension bushes replaced throughout. Clubsport  ARB’s front and rear.

Brakes: All four Brembo callipers overhauled (2008) including new stainless guide plates. New hard lines as required and new braided flexibles. Pagid race spec pads front and rear, New Porsche front & rear discs, only ever Castrol Srf. Brake cooling to our spec. Manual Abs reset facility.

Extensive lightening & modifications to fine tune balance, a very drivable package. Can be supplied in PCGB Class 1 spec or lightweight spec with CDA air box, adjustable FPR, alternate maps, paxolin windows and  no ballast for other formulas. Engineering and race support available.
